At Junibacken we work with words and language, and the stories that derives from it – in books, theatre, exhibitions, and play.
From the buildingstones (i.e the letters and words) to storytelling techniques, the dramatization and adaptation of stories, and the breathtaking realization that our fantasy may roam free through time and space.
We offer teacher-led programs for schools and preschools: Everything from writer’s portraits, or decoding letters and creating words, to adaptations from page to stage.
