Summer exhibition – Elsa Beskow 150 years
This year it has been 150 years since the birth of Elsa Beskow, and we will celebrate this with a summer exhibition in the Pavilion inspired by “The Flowers’ Festival” where visitors get to create their own paper flower and will be able to get a summer photo of the entire family in our three dimensional Elsa Beskow postcard!
The summer exhibition The Flowers’ Festival at Junibacken is a collaboration between Bonnier Carlsen and Junibacken.

Elsa Beskow was born in 1874, 150 years ago, in Stockholm and is on of our most beloved traditional writers of children’s litterature. She both wrote and illustrated, and her images dominated the art of picture books for approximately 50 years. In collaboration with Bonnier Carlsen we want to celebrate the 150-year anniversary of her birth with this summer exhibition. Vi firar 150-årsjubileet tillsammans med Bonnier & Carlsen genom denna sommarutställning.
